Supply Chain as a Service startup adds financial leader with illustrious Silicon Valley career.
Inxeption, the leader in Industrial Commerce and supply chain digitization, is pleased to announce it is expanding its executive team with the addition of Amir Ameri, who joins the company as chief financial officer.
Reporting to CEO and co-founder Farzad Dibachi, Ameri will be responsible for leading corporate finance and accounting as well as overseeing human resources and legal functions across the Supply Chain as a Service startup.
“I’m pleased to welcome Amir to the Inxeption team,” Dibachi said. “I have known Amir for more than 20 years and am looking forward to having his expertise at Inxeption as we continue to grow our international supply chain services and expand into new marketplace verticals. With Amir at Inxeption, we can now look forward to the next natural financial steps as a substantial company.”
Ameri has had an illustrious career in Silicon Valley for more than 30 years. He comes to Inxeption from database infrastructure company MariaDB, where he served as CFO and was instrumental in the company’s agreement to merge with Angel Pond, an SPAC. Ameri has been the CFO at numerous companies including CollabNet/VersionOne, EnergyConnect and Precise Software Solutions.
“It’s an exciting time to join this rapidly growing company and become part of its continued success in delivering cloud-based services for industrial commerce partners,” Ameri said. “The opportunity to bridge the digital divide for manufacturers who are trying to evolve their supply chain ecosystems to be more flexible and scalable is massive, and I’m thrilled to be a part of this next stage of growth.”
