MGO (Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP) is pleased to announce that two of the firm’s directors have been promoted to partner. Gemma Nibungco and Mandy Li assumed their new leadership positions, effective January 1st, 2023.

Gemma Nibungco is based out of MGO’s Irvine office and leads the firm’s India tax practice. Leveraging nearly 20 years in public accounting, Gemma handles large clients in various industries, including REITs, multi-tiered real estate partnerships, and multistate corporations. Experienced in M&A transactions, she helps structure deals and provides consulting services through every stage in the process.
Based out of MGO’s Silicon Valley office, Mandy Li has more than 17 years of public accounting experience and leads the firm’s transfer pricing tax practice. She has deep experience providing multinational companies with strategic and tactical solutions. Mandy currently focuses on guiding multinational companies through highly complex engagements. Fluent in Mandarin and Japanese, Mandy works closely with various tax advisors and law firms to optimize clients’ after-tax profits.
