Sunbit joins Women in DSO® as a founding member and industry partner

Sunbit, the company building financial technology for everyday expenses, announced today that it has joined Women in DSO®, the official nonprofit body supporting the empowerment and growth of women leaders in dental support organizations, as a founding member and industry partner.

“Electing to support Women in DSO was an easy decision. Dr. Aman Kaur has created something special with Women in DSO, effectively advancing and advocating for women across the ecosystem. Between our own cultural investment in nurturing the next generation of female leaders and our significant commitment to the dental market, we knew this was the right organization, the right opportunity and the right time,” said Ornit Maizel, co-founder and CTO, Sunbit. She added, “I couldn’t be more pleased to share that Esti Marvisi, an up-and-coming Sunbit leader and a practiced industry contributor, will represent us as an Advisory Board member for Women in DSO.”

Dr. Aman Kaur, founder and president of Women in DSO, said, “I am very pleased to welcome Sunbit. We need corporate partners that are as committed to change as we are here. Sunbit and Women In DSO® are committed to having a meaningful impact on the industry.”

As a founding industry partner Sunbit will contribute to the Women in DSO platform by supporting marquee events throughout the year, including Empower and Grow in March 2023. The company will also take an active role in professional development opportunities and specialized educational sessions. By helping to elevate women in the industry through the incredible network of professional women represented across the organization, Sunbit endeavors to give back to the industry in a meaningful way.

Sunbit enables DSO partner practices to offer a better financing experience to their patients, while driving incremental revenue and increasing treatment plan acceptance. The company’s technology offers nearly instant access to personalized financing options for virtually every patient applicant, without any fees – ever. In little more than a year in market, Sunbit is already used by more than 6,000 dental practices, including 550+ DSOs, with more than 500 new offices joining Sunbit’s merchant network every month.
